Personal Yoga sessions of 1 hour or 30 minutes

Are you a novice to Yoga? Or do you have injuries, chronic conditions, or other limitations that make a group class seem too difficult? Then Personal Yoga sessions will help you to get started and address your personal goals for practicing yoga. You may also need guidance for a home practice or instructions in modifying poses to fit your ability.
