Join us for yoga with friends from the Asheville area at Rachel’s house weekly on Thursday’s 6-7 pm. This class will run for the next 6 weeks. Enjoy the cooler temps of September and practice the foundations of yoga poses. Yoga is good for the body, mind, and spirit. Bring your own mat, water bottler, and a friend if you wish.
