Join this one hour long class at any day. It is $15 dollars for a drop in or $50 for the whole session of 6 weeks. It is appropriate for beginners or those who have not practiced in a while. Masks are encouraged when entering and exiting the building and gathering props. Masks are optional once you are in your yoga space for practice.
